literally the best gym ever hehe. I would not consider myself an athletic person at ALL but CrossFit has helped me so much in gaining confidence with weights and fitness.super great community and amazing coaching.would recommend to anyone with or without any fitness background who wants to be stronger and fitter :) you definitely will watch yourself improve as you keep going <3
