One of the best decisions ive made was to start training jiu-jitsu at Guerilla JJ Turlock. Coach Alex is an exceptional human being who happens to be an excellent teacher who is changing lives one choke at a time😉. If you've ever thought that you might want to try jiu-jitsu i say go for it no matter what your age is.I started at 45 and have been there for 15months.My only regret is not starting sooner.❤️🫡
