I've been coming to Nick for about 2 years now. Last year I had a lower back injury. He helped me rehabilitate along with showing me alternate exercises to re strengthen my lower back. Whether your advanced or beginner he's got a program customized for you. He even helped me with food nutrient to help me reach my goals.
