The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is cause sometimes they take ages to fix broken equipment and replace the water filter. I definitely think they should have a staff walking around (qualified to help the clients with right movement execution and basic safety tips).Besides that, I love the large space and environment! Lots of options for different workouts. Staff is alright and people training there tend to be nice and friendly.Accessibility is taken into account and the bath/changing room is large and fairly nice.

First thing they don't have good customer service and they always run out of paper towels in the dispenser and the bathroom is out of no one cares and employees are always on the phone. Sorry to say that but it's true

It's a decent gym but they need to work on keeping up the paper towels on the floors and cleaning up restrooms better

I love the music and the cold air while I work out. I do wish there was air flow or a fan in the back left purple room. Seriously too hot in there. Otherwise, love this gym!!

The overnight crew is topnotch!! The cleaning crew is on top of every issue. The front desk guy Flores is always personable and welcoming.

Visiting Planet Fitness is always a great experience. The machines are consistently available and well-maintained, and the people here, from staff to fellow guests, are friendly. The manager even waived two late fees for me, allowing me to return after a year.

Customer service is terrible. Everyone is just standing around glued to their phones. The only good employee is Sammy Galdamez. He is fantastic. His positive attitude and work ethic is what keeps me coming back. Their hours are ridiculous. They should be open 24 hours over the weekend, not the middle of the week. Closing at 9 over the weekend is crazy. I really don’t understand.
