I love Orange Theory. When I went on my weight loss journey and they gave me support in getting to my goal weight and to maintain it. They hype you up always and have great music to listen too. If you are considering Orange Theory don't consider just do it. The front desk people are great and the coaches are awesome. So come and be part of the Orange Theory workout Family!!!

I cannot say enough good about OT Tuscaloosa! I started OT mainly for health reasons. My cholesterol levels were not good and I did not want to start meds. After much encouragement from my son, I decided to try OT even though I have never been in any type of exercise class before! And as an “out of shape” 63 year old female I was very apprehensive and intimidated with OT! I just had my bloodwork done and am so excited my cholesterol level dropped 38 points!! My doctor was surprised and happy and said whatever you are doing keep doing it! So in just 3 months OT has greatly benefited my health and in other ways too! Thank you to all of the OT staff and coaches for being so welcoming, helpful and encouraging! Especially Sam and Natalya for coaching me through the classes that I thought I could not do! 🧡
