Today was my first experience and Nicole was amazing Great atmosphere. I am glad I can do this to prevent injuries during workouts. Athletics . Great system to determine where you need to focus.I feel fresh and I feel well informed now about the muscles in my body and where I need to work on some contracted muscles and pain points.

My 14 yo is a wrestler and had been complaining about lower back pain. After the second session he left without pain for a short period of time and after the 3rd session he really felt better. We completed 5 sessions in 10 days and took one week break and returned for 3 sessions this week. The stretching has really made a difference and he wants to make sure he can keep coming 1-2x per week

So...Tuscaloosa Stretch Zone was amazing!!!! Nicole did an amazing job of explaining everything to us, talking to us about why we were there, stretching us. She was so patient with all of our questions. We have plans already to go back next week. #JourneyToHealthy

Sometimes, you don't realize how much you need something until you experience it. My first visit and consultation with Lydia was amazing. Each practitioner who has worked with me after Lydia, (Madeline, Stephanie, Wesley) has done an excellent job of a brief consult and targeting areas of concern. After only a few visits, I have experienced more flexibility than I could have EVER achieved on my own. I would encourage everyone to add stretching to their wellness routine. Stretch Zone is truly the "something" everyone should experience,

Everyone could use a good stretch. After 30 minutes on the table I feel 3 inches taller and have a spring in my step. I look forward to my appointment every week. Stretch Zone is very clean and the “Stretch Technicians” are friendly and very professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.

When I started coming to the stretch zone about 6 months ago, I could barely bend at the waist and I had no flexibility at all. I can almost touch my toes now and my joints are not as tight as before. Love coming here a n d I always feel so much better when I leave.

As soon as I walked in I knew it was a good decision….I had my first appointment today with Nicole! It was absolutely fabulous, she explained in detail what she would be working on.
