F45 is the best! I look forward to going every morning. Training staff is awesome, community is amazing and I feel better every day. Classes are engaging, and the 45 min is fast. Trainers are aware of me, and my goals. Classes have improved my strength, range of motion and flexibility.

Went to this location twice! Owner seems to focus on female clients a lot! I asked for multiple packages from both his locations also for it to be emailed to me and never had a single thing. I have followed up 3 times in 3 months. I had my girlfriend walk in there and he was open and sent her information immediately! Seems weird he is focused on woman!

F45 Tustin has been a game changer for me.I've never liked going to the gym before and now I look forward to getting up at 4:30 to hit the 5am class each day.As of this morning, I'm down 36 lbs from when I started a few months ago. I haven't been this low in 15 years.My wife started before I did and I was reluctant to try it out but now we go together each morning. The side benefit to getting fit and having more energy is I get to spend an extra hour with her each day, which is great with our busy schedules.The staff are amazing and super helpful, I've learned a ton about how to exercise safely as well as nutrition.5 stars is not enough.

Starting at a new gym can always be very nerve wrecking. Everyone at F45 has been super welcoming and so helpful. Don’t be intimidated to come in and try it out for the first time! So glad I joined this gym!

Honestly, was a little skeptical when my fiancée told me that we should sign up for F45. However, it only being a couple minutes from where we live and they had a 7 day trial deal going on we signed up together.I can say that out first day was tough especially after not working out all winter. However, the coaches are super encouraging and very helpful. They help you stay motivated and really help push you to give it your all. Everyone there is super welcoming and our morning workouts is my motivation to wake up early in the morning. Thank you F45!

I was in search of a gym since my old gym closed down due to pandemic. I've been gym hopping for the last few months until my gym buddy and I stumbled upon this amazing place. We had a week left before starting a 28 day challenge at another gym, decided to try the 7 days trial while waiting. 2 weeks in at the other gym, we couldn't stop thinking about F45 Tustin and how much fun it was. Each day you don't know what's in store for you until you get there. I love how coaches push you to become the best version of yourself. They're more than just a business. They go out of their way to correct your form, making sure you don't overwork your body more than it's supposed to. I just felt at home right away and the best part is they don't upsell you or promise you anything. Show up, workout and you'll see the results. Just do the work. So long story short, we did not finish the 28 day challenge and decided to sign up at F45 Tustin. Best decision ever! The community and coaches makes all the difference. I love the vibe. Reminded me of the original gym I used to go to. Each day I wake up feeling excited and looking forward to burning calories!

F45-Tustin has been absolutely Life-Changing for me. There is no better way to start my day!! The instructors are encouraging, enthusiastic, so kind, and extremely knowledgeable in exercise. It's a family atmosphere and everyone is so nice!! I started working out here August 2020 and this gym helped me get thru the pandemic!! I didn't know much about exercise back then and they have been so patient with me and taught me so much!! I feel the best physically and mentally that I ever have. This is the place to go!!
