The Ark Fit

Up until a month ago I was your average couch potato. I'm 48 years old and haven't done any serious exercise in over 25 years. I honestly wasn't too excited about picking up a gym membership. But my 17 yo daughter convinced me to take this class with her and boy am I grateful for doing it.I've always both admired and at the same time lacked people's discipline when it comes to working out.At any rate, we took the 2 classes free trial that they offered. I was completely dead at the end of each day. But the one thing about The Ark's coaching staff is that they are absolutely dedicated to help you meet your goals.The class isn't too big as far as the number of people go. So the coaches are always there for you, guiding you, advising you. BUT MOST OF ALL ENCOURAGING YOU ALL THE WAY THROUGH.It's been over 6 weeks now, I've developed a routine and better eating habits. I'm a lot healthier and feel physically better than I did on my first day of training.And none of that would be possible withouth the amazing work of Matthew, Marlena, Stephanie, Michelle, and Donald.By the way, we did search a few other "boot camp" and work out gyms in the area. It really doesn't get any better for your money.Plus, we got a great family discount after as well because my wife signed up too.

Absolutely loved this gym! The coaches are insightful, caring and tentative. They rotate workouts and keep you on your toes. The community is kind and very helpful. They made waking up for a 5 am workout fun. If your looking to challenge yourself and grow a supportive community. This is it!

The Ark Fit is truly unlike any other gym I have ever been apart of. The community and the trainers make you feel welcomed, supported and safe. I cannot recommend Ark enough.

100% the Best gym I’ve ever been a part of! The gym consists of people from different stages in their fitness journey. There is no intimidation- only support and encouragement. The coaches are PHENOMENAL! Donald and Marbella proved to be an amazing source of accountability and they certainly helped me to reach my initial weight loss goal. I feel stronger day by day and I am proud of how far I’ve come since joining the ark fit. Don’t overthink it, come out and try it. It’ll change your life for the better.

In the beginning of January I was in a not so good place grieving the death of my father. I new that I had to take care of my body and find a place that would push me. That's what my dad would want. The team at Ark Fit has embraced me and continuously pushes me. The team of Matt, Donald, Stephanie & Marbella are highly skilled when it comes to making the workouts fun and challenging. Having trouble pushing the weight? You can expect this responsive team of trainers to come and encourage you. Not pushing yourself to the limit? This team will help hold you accountable. I'm happy to call The Ark Fit my new home and look forward to my growth over the next year!

Ark Fit is the perfect place to start, continue, or get back into your workout routine! After my first gym TFBBC closed during the pandemic, I was hesitant to start all over at a new place but everyone at The Ark Fit immediately made me feel right at home!
