For the short amount of time I was able to be at Total MMA, the experience is great if you’re a beginner in BJJ. But they are patient and helpful in teaching the basic fundamentals of what it takes to do Jiu Jitsu. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with the time and capacity to learn and grow!
