In a society where customer service is ever declining, these guys are doing it right. Jordan Martin listened intently to what I had to say and what I wanted (something I wasn't entirely sure of myself). Half an hour after walking in to get a new pre-workout (only, as I had no intention on being up-sold anything), I left with the best pre-workout I have taken to date, along with a couple of other things I have known I needed but have shrugged off. The service provided and the detail in explanation concerning the different dynamics related to my training and supplements would get 6 stars from me were it an option.

The guys at five star nutrition are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Dave Chase help me and I was very pleased with his knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and health. He took the time to find out where I’m at in my fitness journey, where I want to go, and implemented a plan for me to get there. He definitely isn’t just a guy trying to sell you the next big hype in supplements. I can tell that he is passionate about his work and is in it for all the right reasons. I believe you can’t go wrong with the guys at Five Star and would recommend them to anyone who wants to excel in there fitness journey.

I was going to give it a few days and see how it went before writing this review.. but honestly I just couldn't. Let me preface this with I had the flu this week and I also have guttate psoriasis and when I get sick I have flare ups on my skin. (Which is red raised and itchy. )As you can imagine, its very painful and unsightly. So recently my usual go to medicine isn't working like it had been. It had gotten to the point that I was desperate and started reading about my options. I read into cbd oils/creams and the benefits from cbd products. So of course why not look into my favorite supplement shop and see what they have to offer as far cbd products go. Of course off the bat they had a recommendation for Blue Spruce. I went in weighed in bought some and tried it immediately. I will say starting out I was skeptical of how it would go, but as I said previously I was willing to give anything a try. I am shocked when I say results were almost immediate I used it once when I got it and once before bed and the red raised patches are gone. I am not saying I am cured nor am I saying give up traditional meds without first consulting your Doctor... but what I am saying is if you find yourself looking for a new way to break the monotony of your normal routine for pain management/skin needs consider this brand of cbd products. It is phenomenal the difference I have seen! My only complaint is that I didn't take a before and after to show the 180° difference in my skin!
