The gym is great… canceling is an absolute nightmare! I moved out of state, haven’t been in to the gym in over a year… yet I have to have a mailed paper copy saying I wish to cancel my membership. Then I have to wait an extra 30days for cancellation. This is absolutely archaic. There should be some form of online cancellation.

Management never fixes anything. I have been going here since July of 2021 and equipment had been off limits and broken for 6-8 months. It has gotten better recently with some NEW equipment, but fix the old stuff. What are you even doing with my club fees???

The place is always clean and organized too. The equipment looks tired and some walls have holes but won't stop you from getting s great work out. After all is always better than going to an overcrowded planet or chuse fitness;) the manager, owner is always there during the day and is always helpful also.

I don’t think the owner has been in here in years. Everything is bent broke or extremely rusted. Cable has been broke for 3 years now and still has yet to be replaced. Along with the fact they don’t have a heater apparently. It’s just as cold in here as it is outside. Which is 40 degrees. Literally any other anytime fitness is better.

The manager is fantastic! He gave me a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of the membership fees and what that entails. The fees for membership are very reasonable too. The facility itself was clean and organized. The equipment is well maintained and kept very clean. The safety of the gym members seems to be of the utmost importance. So entry into the building is by way of electronic remote pass that only members have access to. The facility is only busy at certain times which allows for the equipment to be available to use and helps those of us who need a little bit of extra space to focus on our goals and work hard on why we're there to begin with! Also available to use, which is included in the membership fees, is the unlimited use of a tanning bed.

The General Manager is very nice and professional! She thoroughly explains everything you need to know about your membership and addresses issues quickly and they are resolved without hesitation! The trainer here is very knowledgeable at what he does. He will guide you to a personalized routine for your goals and will coach you to believe in yourself and push past your limits! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS GYM!

I cancelled my gym membership, but they lost the paperwork and continued to charge me. When I contacted them to correct the issue and showed them that I had not used the gym and was attending a different gym, they refused to cancel the charges or refund my money. There are a lot of gym options. Choose someone else.Response: Your exact wording in the email was "we are unable to issue any kind of refund". I replied to the October email with questions, and did not receive a response. I was going to drop the issue until you sent the outstanding charges to a debt collection agency instead of cancelling. I sent you a certified letter of demands, which you received, but also did not respond to. My only option at this point is to pursue the matter in court. I intend to file this week. If you wish to contact me further, or avoid this matter going to court, use email or regular mail as I requested in the letter of demands so that our correspondence can be properly documented.

Checked this place out during the holidays recently.I have to say I'm impressed. It's a solid locationheavy dumbbells, old style set ups, extreme machines, stairmasters, and plenty of benches.SO hard star platinum couldn't break it!5 JOESTARS

Horrible customer service, and the gym isn't anything special. Hardly any equipment or classes available. Either save money and go to planet fitness or spend a little extra and go to a bigger gym that also cares about its customers. One of my selling points on this gym is that you could bring guests during business hours as long as they signed in and had a license. The manager, Angela, failed to mention that guests also have to pay a 15 dollar day fee. When I asked her why she didn't make me aware of this fee when I joined, she stated "I didn't have to." Yes you really should have though, leaving out fees when joining anywhere is bad business and a "hook line and sink" gimmic. Angela and the trainer Ashton had horrible attitudes about this situation today. They didn't care at all, and there's no doubt customer service goes out the window here after you join. They don't care about their customers because when you sign a year or longer membership you sign an agreement saying that if you want to leave you still have to pay the remaining balance. They get their money no matter what, so why care about their members? Such a horrible attitude for a business to have, and I'm very disappointed.
