I was in Tyler for work and needed a stretch after sitting down most of the day. I took the mellow slow/yin, and it was just what I needed. One of the best yoga classes I've taken! Come to Dallas!! :)I will definitely be back if I get the chance to be in Tyler again. The cold towel soaked in lavender oil was such a nice touch.

This studio space is incredible. The owner and the instructors I've ever taken class from are great! They work to create and foster a safe, welcoming environment for all level yogis. They offer a variety of classes, regularly schedule workshops and events, and offer a sense of community to the members (and visitors) of the studio.

Seriously lucked into finding this place. When I came to my first class, I knew I had found a hidden gem. This is my second time attending a Flow class here and I can’t even begin to describe how outstanding this place is. Both experiences have been up to par with some of the best yoga studios I’ve attended all around the country.Our flow instructor was Grace today, and everything from her flow sequencing, to her movement cueing and modifications, to her outstanding playlist accompanying the flow, made the whole experience restorative. Almost like a cleansing dream-state. Looking forward to the next class.Thanks BeFree Yoga for such an amazing experience!

The teacher today, Gina, was so fantastic. Challenging class with great attention to detail with her instructions. So many perks to the class as well such as help in certain poses a few different times, a cool cloth during savasana which had some essential oil in it as well to name a couple. What a beautiful flow she created and led us through. It was a packed class as well even on a Sunday which was very fun. Elise, what an extraordinary environment overall you have created! If I lived here still, I would be a member. All it took was one class to know I would be a perfect fit here. I look forward to seeing your business grow!
