I think the size of Downtown Iron is perfect for getting in a quick workout either before or during work as well as a well thought out training session with ample time. The equipment is very nice with plenty to suit any workout type. A very private small place that is extremely convenient. Love this new gym in Tyler!

Great gym to get a workout in!! It has a lot of privacy and is not cluttered with people compared to crunch. The lighting is great if you like to take pictures or videos while working out, definitely would recommend to others looking for a real gym!

Great boutique gym. Always open. Never crowded. Lots of really good equipment. Well maintained and a really cool environment downtown. You can totally focus on your workout, whether it’s bodybuilding, stretching or floor exercises.
