HOTWORX - Tyler, TX (Cumberland)

I have been a HOTWORX member for over 3 years and love it! The staff and management is the best and always help with anything I need. They go above and beyond!

This place will steal your money and think it's funny when you get upset about and will not refund your money. Stay away from Hotworks Tyler on Cumberland. The owner Tiffany is a liar and a theif

Absolutely LOVE this place! The workouts are fantastic, especially when I'm in a time crunch, and the staff is always so helpful and pleasant!! Definitely recommend HOTWORX to everyone!!

Very poor customer service and the owner is a joke and does not know how to do business. I highly recommend you do not use this facility.Edited:You are a thief and you still money from ppl who have not used the facilities In three years. I am the husband of Desiree and I have 10 ppl that have seen the evidence lined up to hit you with a terrible review as a thief. It’s sad that you know she hasn’t used your facilities in 3 years and we put a block on you at our bank and you have the nerve to call out bank saying to release the funds. I don’t know what world you live in but if you want to see the demons come out of a person just mess with their money or family. I am suing your cooperation to the highest level and it will be felt by you. I hope no one uses this facility and you go bankrupt. If you would like to handle this in person or have your husband talk to me I will gladly do so but what you have do is wrong and you know it since you stated that in your reply to Desiree. Ppl of Tyler please beware of this Tiffany lady because she will steal your money and when you get upset about it she does nothing to make it right because you got upset. Brantlee, Riley, & Lilly are amazing! Nothing but kind and helpful when I come in! The establishment is always clean and put together. My experience has been a 10/10!

HOTWORX is great for a mom short on time. The studio is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The girls go out of their way to see how my day was. I can’t recommend them enough.

HOTWORX is great for anyone with a busy life but still needs to get a good/quick workout in. On top of that, the staff IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The girls make you feel special everytime you walk in the door. I can’t recommend this place enough! Go get yourself a membership. You won’t regret it!

I have only been working out here inconsistently for a couple months now but every time I am able to workout, I’m met with such positivity that always makes me want to come back. Great experience for people that have never been in saunas before. Staff is always helpful when I need the most help. Overall I recommend this place
