Do you find yourself feeling stuck or maybe humdrum wishing that there was something to propel you into having more energy just to survive the day?Then you need to reach out to LIVEFitness.Back in May I found myself sluggish, 15 lbs heavier than I wanted to be, and just completely inactive. Even though I had been a runner for years, it just wasn’t motivating anymore.After talking with Coach Paul, I drank the koolaid and never looked back!There were sore muscles the first couple of weeks. Then the workout change timeline really did kick in.4 weeks for me to notice the change.8 weeks for family/friends to notice.12 weeks for others to notice.This makes week 15. Clothes fit better than they have in years. I sleep better, feel better, and am looking forward to the next 15 weeks!!!

The owner is a great guy, he works with you every step of the way. Doing the programs he offers you will see results in the first week if you stick to the program. I have completed two weeks of my six week program, I feel amazing and am shaping up nicely. I can't wait to see how I am at the end of the six week challenge.

I am 67 years old. In and out of gyms. Working out on the machines, but never have I had workouts like experienced at LiveFitness! All muscles get stretched. You feel great when you are done. There is encouragement and fun!

Such an amazing place! The trainers are truly interested in your personal health issues, listen carefully, watch your movements carefully, and provide excellent nutritional advice.I have tried numerous physical therapy places, several personal trainers, and other guidance but LiveFit is the absolute best possible place for working on true hopes for own personal plan!Give them a try! You will feel excited, hopeful and strong!

I have taken the 6 week challenge and this is the end of my first week. I have lost 4.2 pounds and Coach Paul has been great. This is a very encouraging program and would recommend to anyone regardless of your fitness level to give it a try. You have nothing to lose except 20 pounds.Jennifer J.

I love this place! Paul is so supportive & knowledgeable in nutrition & exercise. He will modify any movement to accommodate for past injuries or to prevent unnecessary stress on your weak areas until you strengthen them. In three weeks I have strengthened my body like crazy & feel fabulous! My mental state & self esteem have improved & I look forward to working out. There is no judgement from Paul or any participant & we encourage one another. I've made friends & expect to make more. If you are thinking about making a change in your health swing by & visit with Paul. I promise you will not regret it.

This is my first time to workout at a gym. I toured and learned about the services offered by three other gyms before I met with Paul. He presented with a kind and supportive nature. Since starting my journey, Paul and the other trainers have remained invested in my desired outcomes and offered a level of service that none of the other gyms matched. In the few weeks since starting at Live Fitness, Paul has guided my meal choices ensuring I get the nutrition I need to appropriately fuel my body. Paul and the other coaches have kept a watchful eye on me during workouts to safeguard against injury and help me learn proper technique and form. I have dropped in inches. In just 5 weeks my body has changed. At the start I was wearing a size 10 stretch jean, now I can comfortably fit into a non-stretch jean size 9. My posture is improving and the curve of my lower back is taking a more feminine shape. But the best part is that every time I work out I leave feeling like a million dollars! My stress level has dropped and my mental clarity has increased. I feel great!! And it is the Live Fitness team encouragement and the mental health benefits that keep me working out three days a week.

This is a great gym to go to! Paul is so nice and helpful. He treated us like family immediately! It is a laid back place where you can workout on your own if you want but he also offers great classes and personal training! The best equipment and environment! I have tried many gyms in Tyler and not joined because of how pushy the owners can be about joining and signing contracts, Paul was very kind and made sure we liked it before we joined! We look forward to going to this gym everyday! Definitely recommend!!!

In town for pine cove and needed a place to train. The owner Paul is awesome and welcomed me into his nicely equipped gym. Great set up for powerlifting, conditioning, or strength training.If you are looking for an affordable, clean, motivating place to train, I highly recommend LIVE fitness!
