My son loves coming here for Kung Fu. Not only are the classes fun but he learns so much. Classes are taught for little kids with the knowledge of being able to escape harm from others. They are taught respect and discipline. They are worth checking out and seeing how everything works.

Sifu Brandon (6th degree b.b. in Mantis Kung Fu), his wife (a kickboxing champ), and Sandra (b.b.) run an amazing place. Tyler Kung Fu and Fitness is family oriented and wonderful. There is no aggression here. Only expertise, great respect, and kind people. There is no need to worry about your own skill level. I took Kung Fu, Kick Boxing and Tai Chi there for a while and they are all excellent programs. I will return the moment I can! Check out "Tai Chi in the park" sometime. It is run by Sifu Brandon and a ( free, I believe) chance to try Tai Chi.

Excellent self defense, fitness and martial arts. I pay Brandon Jones the owner to teach self defense to the junior high girls at my children's current school [and their past one]

I love the kickboxing class for adults! Not only do I get a great 30 minute workout, but I'm learning basic self-defense moves as a bonus. And the staff are all wonderful!

I started my journey learning Mantis Kung Fu about one and a half years ago under Sifu Brandon Jones. I had no idea when I started how Kung Fu would become such an important part of my life. Sifu Jones is a master of the art, and he possesses a genuine passion for teaching the philosophy, techniques, and applications of Kung Fu. With his help I have developed skills and abilities that I never knew I could do. Kung Fu training not only builds confidence and improves physical fitness, you will develop relationships with your teachers and your fellow students, your “Kung Fu brothers”, that will last a lifetime. If you have the desire to learn the art of Mantis Kung Fu, I can recommend Tyler Kung Fu and Fitness and Sifu Jones without reservation. You will not find a better organization or a more dedicated group of people anywhere.

I highly recommend Tyler Kung Fu & Fitness. Brandon is a knowledgable and a professional instructor who has created an inviting and welcoming community. I'm new to Tai Chi, yet Brandon (and members of the class) is patient and upon request will give me remedial instruction in an encouraging manner. The warm up feels great and the form movements are very empowering! 5 STARS!

I have been taking this Kung Fu for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and help you in whatever ways that you need. I have been in many different martial arts classes and this is the first place I have ever felt at home. Through out training strong bonds and brotherhoods develop with other trainees as well as with the instructors.
