Training with David has always been a wonderful experience. Gem of a trainer, great mentor and a very good friend. Has helped me achieve my fitness goals: which was to drop pounds to attain a healthy weight with enhanced stamina, endurance and core strength. His specialties:--Very Reliable and Dedicated: keeps me motivated, knows exactly how much to push, absolutely trustworthy as a trainer--Accommodating and flexible: Always fits in my schedule. David Huffman is a fantastic teacher, who got me started with Fitness and I continue to do it with discipline.In my late 30’s, I had remained 100% uninformed of what type of fitness one should be doing at a gym. David came up with a plan to start me off slow, and then rightfully taught me the performance-routines after.David enabled me to carry out fitness-routines on my own, he taught me on how to follow a proper form & all this, while protecting oneself from injuries. He made me aware of the importance of stretching, planks, warm-ups, super-sets, pyramid-sets, and I remain grateful to David, for all my education about strength-training.David continues to help me with nutrition, meal plans, workout-plans, health-tips and guidances on the postures that could alleviate Sciatica pain

David has helped me train both individually and as a group alongside my husband and in both cases he has done an amazing job. First he likes to get to know you and a your health/fitness goals. Based on that he will create a plan that aligns with accomplishing your goals. Throughout my time working with him he also monitored my progress and would adjust accordingly. In addition he would also coach us by providing motivation and guidance on nutrition. He is professional and I highly recommend him because he will help you get results. We also enjoyed hearing his surfing stories.

I have been working with David from last 8 months and pretty much taking session/week since then. David is just amazing, powerhouse of fitness and someone with treasure trove of nutrition knowledge. For a person to lose weight, along with self motivation you need a trainer who can constantly motivate you, spend his valuable time with you, share his knowledge, teach you latest and smart exercises, check your form and most importantly making sure that you are not falling off the weight losing goals by cheating and not exercising. As a trainer, David is willing to go that extra mile with me, spend extra minutes even after our session has ended. He would in fact invite me to the gym during his own workout sessions so that i can learn more from him. I check my weight every Wednesday and the weeks that i do not lose weight, it is David who is more dejected than me. Thank you David!If you ever need a trainer, please go and reach out to David. I was struggling to lose weight from last 10 years and had joined few other gyms and trainers as well. Nothing can match this gym and David. Off course it is dependent on self discipline and healthy diet but having atrainer who genuinely cares that you lose weight and constantly motivates you is the most important thing.

I have been training with David for almost 3 yrs. Very professional, he is good in assessing the clients objectives and comes up with a well rounded workout schedule. I really enjoy working out with David, he brings good variation of work out, adds up some fun elements and end of the workout I feel always a sense of accomplishment.
