First time at this facility.I don't know any parent who would pay to have themselves and their child be verbally assaulted by a black woman who felt entitled to reclaim a chair (that belonged to this facility to begin with) after losing it to use the restroom. And then proceeded to bully the parent by standing directly in front of them as to block their view from their own child. This behavior should not have been tolerated on any level and Baldy View, along with the authorities, should have addressed this incident.Unsafe environment for my children based off my experience.Overall this facility needs a facelift, very dirty. There was a trail of ants on the doorway from where children come in and out of the gym. Also was not impressed with the two shirtless skaters at the entrance/exit hitchhiking.
