I’m the type that spends more time thinking about the gym than actually going to the gym. Never been super athletic in high school but I did play tennis throughout and even lettered. However, the gym is the last place you’ll find a tennis player, which is quite intimidating place when you’re not convinced you’re doing it right in the first place. I began my journey with Julian and I experienced for the first time how personal training can really improve your physical and mental health. He has a way of making you do things that you hate with a smile, but when the gains start to show; all you want to do is protect them gainz. I would recommend Julian and his team of personal trainers to anyone. I resonate with their mantra of building durable humans.I’m 43, male, father of twin boys, and I no longer have a dad-bod!
