I've been working out at The Shop for 6 months & I've seen amazing results! At first, I was intimidated because I never exercised & I knew absolutely nothing about boxing. I thought I would be embarrassed working out & trying to box, but on the contrary, everyone is very professional & encouraging! Eric is an amazing trainer! He is a true master in the art of boxing. I've always hated exercising & never imagined I'd look forward to working out. I'd definitely recommend The Shop if you're looking to lose weight & get in shape while doing something fun! Great place to train, only place I could find to train my 6 year son.ost places , kids have to be over 8. Bring your kids, they love it. The trainer has improved my son confidence, and strength level .

Great Trainer ! Eric Is One Hell Of A Fighter ! A Fighter Who I Look Up To ! Not Only Is He My Trainer But Also A Mentor To Me ! Trained in couple gyms and as a person that wants to make it a career. This is the place for me. I get pushed and coach Eric puts in the time to teach us boxing with conditioning. The price is really good for the amount of time he puts into us

I always had a drive to try boxing and it wasn't till I trained here at the shop that I fell in love with it. The owner Eric really showed me the ins and outs of boxing and pushed me to challenge myself something new. With his great professional training, I accomplished something I've always wanted to be. The atmosphere is great and clean and have all the equipment to excel in boxing. If you want to try something new and to challenge yourself , the shop is where it's at.

Eric is a great instructor! He goes at your pace, doesn't push you beyond your level, very motivating, and it doesn't hurt that he's got a great body! :P The facility is clean and up to date. The personal aspect of the training is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for helping me keep my New Year's resolution!

Eric is a coach with Determination. He strives for your success. He has worked around my back injury, making every routine painless and attainable. He not only trains me but my 10 year old son. His boxing techniques have instilled confidence and strength in my son. The gym prices are very affordable especially for the time & effort Eric puts into achieving your goals. Highly recommended.
