Awesome gym & coaches, great members!! Being new to Vallejo I needed a place to find some community and Crossfit Redux welcomed me with open arms. The building is really cool, easy access to water fountain & bathrooms as well! TONS of parking. 10/10.

Wherever you are along your exercise journey, Redux is a really good gym. The coaches are all helpful and supportive. They lead with teaching then allow you to go thru the motions before we start and you can scale the workout to whatever is more comfortable or effective for your goals. Since I’ve been there, I’ve seen people blossom and grow, including myself, and it’s a treasure I wish I could give abundantly. The gym is right off the water so every workout comes with a gorgeous view, and there are open gym times so if you just want to do your own thing, no problem. Don’t know where to start? Try CrossFit Redux.

This place is Epic!Insane location right on the water, next to the brewery, in the historic coal sheds which are totally refurbished 30' high ceilings, a huge faciltity. The trainers really know what they're doing and vary the workouts so I never get bored. I always get a full on guided workout every time.

Great gym! Reasonable prices. The owner is a good dude, very knowledgeable and professional. He and the other instructors are awesome and they'll get you sweating in no time. Just show up. Put in the work. You'll see results. The other members are very friendly and keep the community vibe going. Everyone works to keep each other motivated, share kind words and keep each feeling good about themselves and the progress they're making, no matter what level you're performing

Love this gym with all my heart. All the coaches are amazing and they push you to try your hardest. I moved to Fairfield and I still come to this crossfit gym. If you're looking for a judgment free gym you've found the right place.

Great workouts! And a Friendly crew of people working out- everyone super encouraging when doing group activities! Owner is a really nice guy, too. If you get his classes he explains the exercises and muscle activations really well! 🙌🏼 …

Love the location! Being by the water makes all the difference during training. Both trainers and people taking classes have been welcoming. During workouts everyone is supportive and it's awesome! The trainers are experienced and easy to talk to, which makes it easy to ask questions. They've all been really helpful.

GREAT FOR NEWCOMERS!I've done CrossFit for over a year and seen different gyms. Dave's approach is in line with the original idea behind CrossFit - lifelong fitness, mobility, and the ability to move naturally. Its not about lifting super heavy weights and a "meathead" attitude. The culture at the gym is inviting. There seems to be an even ratio of women to men. Lots of people are new. The equipment is great. Class times are convenient. Plenty of parking. The atmosphere is infectious. Its great to be part of a supportive and active community!
