Great, I love the zumba classes, the equipment pool, and spa.

Changed back to 1star. I joined the gym just to use the Sauna. There is one member who is in the sauna early in the morning like me who ignores the sign to not work out in the sauna. He takes up the space of 7 people and does so for over an hour putting dumbbells, kettlebell, matt, cell phone and water bottle marking " his space". The manager and staff do nothing to stop him other than occasionally if asked by me to remove his stuff. It is just a game to this member and he will just keep doing it until his membership is suspended. I will cancel my membership if this is not resolved by Christmas. I like the gym and the Sauna but the headache is not worth it. I can work out at home and not be around rude people and an incompetent staff. Below is picture of Joses area . Nice staff and facility!

24 hr has always been a my place to workout; the staff here is great, namely Chris, Stefano, Jenny, Nora and Santos (5 stars to them)They have have been having issues with the absence of a GM and lacking cleaning staff for a few month’s now, but that is probably from the COVID Hangover in today’s society.The steam room and sauna lack deep cleaning and have several safety issues with poor lighting, dropping trash and water bottles causing trip hazards, and people trying workout inside the sauna with weights.Broken equipment is a safety hazard, too.The music video television 24 hr contains some explicit material and some display of provocative videos but the volume is not so loud which helps.I also changed my opinion, increasing from 1 to 3 stars to one, because the the new GM is very responsive to my concerns for the lack of cleanliness, parking violators, trashed parking lots, disgusting toilets and overcrowding spaces. This club has many violations to city and county ordinances, but AJ said she is on a mission to regain control, and I am already seeing some of this results.I also want to recognize Omar, for assisting with an membership issue. He handled it thoroughly and calmly.I will repost before X-mas with photos

Review is a reflection of observations over several months…Half the paper towel dispensers and spray bottles are empty around 5-6pmMany many broken cardio equipmentDirty Locker RoomsNo application of gym rules or etiquette towards the teen groups that over crowd the gym and make it their playgroundThe 24 in Walnut Creek, San Ramon and Livermore are leaps better in regards to member satisfaction, cleanliness and so on.
