Fitness 19 is a great gym, all of the employees are nice and welcoming. Fitness 19 is unique amongst the gyms I have gone to, and I would heavily recommend going and trying the gym out.

The staff members are very nice and welcoming!They have lots of equipment so you really don’t have to wait to use certain machines. I highly recommend fitness 19!

Fitness 19 is a really great gym! They have everything I need to have a complete workout, and not to mention the amenities that are inculdued with the membership. Shout out to Reiko for helping me sign up! She is such a great memeber at Fitness 19! Shes super helpful and very kind. I would recommend everyone to go to her for help! :)

Overall this gym is clean and laid out very well. I greatly prefer this gym to the old In-Shape that previously occupied the space. I also appreciate the fact this gym has several squat racks with bumper plates.One complaint... went in about a week ago and the music was TERRIBLE. And by terrible I mean auto-tuned BS where every other word had to be censored. Normally I wear headphones but sheesh. Whoever is in charge of that needs some direction. Went in today and it was completely different so maybe it was a one off. Would have given five stars if not for the music situation.

It is immaculate. The equipment is excellent. But the main thing I like is the staff. Everyone is knowledgeable about the equipment and how to adjust or use it. They remember me by name when I come in. I am a senior citizen new to working out and every single person there has an encouraging attitude . I am very glad I joined. Good hours too!

I came in as a weekend guest and honestly the gym is amazing. The gym is not only spacious, but it’s very clean as well. The employees are amazing especially Daniel and Tucker. The gym feels very welcoming and the machines are amazing to use!

The staff at Fitness 19 American Canyon are great! They keep the gym clean and are very encouraging. The pricing is very affordable compared to other gyms I've been to. They have a wide range of gym equipment to use and a turf area too. The personal trainers are very encouraging, understanding, and has helped me be the best version of myself.
