Nowhere else in the bay area will you find better classes or instructors. They enjoy what they do.

I wanted to join this club as I had with the previous ownership...Then I saw the Television was in Fox News and Asked, is this same station that appears always...SALESMAN SAID, "We never change the channel, even though it is a controversial subject".I NEVER WENT BACK.

The staff at in shape are nice and helpful. They offer discounts for state and county workers. Also daycare is nice and the workers are good withe the children. This facility is clean and everyone that works here are very friendly
