For all you retired ladies are you looking for a place to work on increasing your strength, increasing you balance, increasing your energy. Benicia Jazzercise at 10:30 has created aclass that was structed for all levels of workouts that is age appropriate.I came back to Jazzercise after the 50's. It's fun it's social, and it's good for your health and mind.Check it out and feel good about yourself.
