Friendly staff even at 5am , clean and equipment works good .

Cleanliness of all areas and friendliness of employees. The hours of operation is also a plus. I am also amazed at the vast variety and quality of the equipment.

I had a crisis happen in my family. I chose to cancel my membership so I can reopen when things got better within my family. I was given a very hard time when I was up front and vocal about my situation. Nothing was done. No remorse. So I called once more yesterday May 31st 2023 and the guy who answered the phone was only worried about money. No remorse again from this place when situations occur . They will throw you under the bus if your account is negative like mine.

So I went about 10:00 there weren't a lot of people. It was really a great experience. I was able to do the treadmill I did a couple of abdominal exercises stretched and I used the massage chair. Tried going to the gym this morning and they were closed with all the equipment off the floor, they need to put closed when you look them up on google. Tried to get a workout in before work and just wasted my time.
