I love this place!! The owners are wonderful people and really care a lot. They have so many classes to choose from. I even did a glow yoga night at clock tower here in town that was so fun! They give you a free week to try it and you will for sure love it. I have been recommending to all my clients and friends.

I respect and enjoy learning from someone who has extensive knowledge in what they teach, as well as a passion for what they do. I also appreciate being corrected if it’s necessary, as was the case during a few exercises in class. There are simply not enough good things to say about this studio. All of the instructors are wonderful and create such a welcoming environment. I thoroughly enjoy attending classes to the point where I get sad if I have to miss! Highly recommended giving The Elevate Company a try, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend elevate for anyone looking for a true authentic yoga experience. Our instructor Kay was very welcoming. As she guided us through our different positions, she was very clear and had a soothing voice. I felt very comfortable among the people there.You could go at your own pace and comfort level, I felt no pressure to keep up with those who were more adept at the poses. A great experience, overall!

I do the livestream. It is a fantastic experience. I think the teachers are fantastic. I like the variety of movements. I like that we do similar movements/flows often but that they don't ever feel the same. I really enjoy how much time is devoted to learning new skills. I love that it seems like we do traditional yoga mixed with newer movements. I just think you have a fantastic product that deserves a very high score

I moved back to the area and wanted to find a yoga studio to get back into practice. I really enjoyed the promotion for the free week of yoga for locals, because I could try out a few different teachers. I really enjoyed each teacher and their different styles. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the space is full of light and calming, and I got a great work out too!
