Barre3 Felida is a part of my family. There is a unique and special energy at this studio. The owner is present to ensure her employees have what they need to serve clients. The instructors are far beyond amazing. The client support team is friendly and knows everyone’s name. They welcome you like it’s your first time and are “there for you” for your Barre practice and elevating your spirit. I love this crew - they are my my tribe!

Barre3 Felida is the best! The staff and owner are very nice, kind, and caring. I have been going to this location on and off since they opened. For me, the mind-body connection is very important. And the fact that I can't have my phone with me while working out forces me to have "ME TIME" and out the rest of life on hold while I practice self-care.

I love my Barre 3 classes! Especially, for someone born in 1942, it at allows me to modify if needed and everyone is at a level comfortable for them. I also like the variety of postures, from warm up, strengthening, stretching, and cardio. The relaxation period at the end allows all my energy to focus on the day ahead and I always leave feeling refreshed.Thanks to my wonderful neighbor, an instructor, for suggesting the class to me. I hope this lets people know there is no age restriction and how important it is to keep moving!

I just started and I love it! I am free to do it at my own comfort level, and there is no pressure. When I leave I feel refreshed and energized to face my day. I am already noticing my posture getting better and an increase in strength.

I was a barre3 member at this location prior to COVID and loved the community and energy in every class. Due to the constrictions of COVID I dropped my membership and always missed it. Now in 2023 I rejoined and it’s been fantastic! The new owner Lindsay is so thoughtful and very hands on with the studio, and everyone that works there is so sweet! I’m so happy to be back as a member at barre3 Felida and have “my happy place” that’s just for me! 💕Another amazing plus is the childcare option in their play lounge. My kids love to play there and with that being one of the biggest roadblocks to me getting my workout in, I’m so grateful they offer that!
