If your just gonna stand at the counter Bull $#!+ing with your friend all day, every day. I prefer if you said nothing as I leave rather then abruptly saying "Have a good one." seconds before i get to the door and then immediately turning to your friend and continueing without waiting for a responce... Lazy Douche bags looking for an easy pay check and $#!+y cusyomer service skills work here... I'd be happier if they said nothing to me.

A great place to work out. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and maintain a clean environment. The community here is also great. Members are very friendly and promote an environment of self improvement.

Clean, great equipment, great amenities for black card members!!!

I'm always impressed with PF, and this location in particular - it's super clean, the extra amenities that come with the black card are above and beyond, the equipment is new and maintained, and the staff is helpful. I've been a member at three other major competitors. Aside from use of a pool, racquetball courts, and basketball courts that are at some others, PF far surpasses all other aspects. All of that even before mentioning the price! You feel good even just being a member of such a community.

I absolutely love planet fitness, I'm a beginner and the machines are very easy to use and understand. I'm not sure why people say that planet fitness is awful. It's extremely underrated. I recommend putting 1 more smith machine because most of them are always taken. Other than that it's a pretty good gym.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! They will not allow you to cancel your account without coming in person or mailing a letter to their office. I moved out of town and needed to cancel my account and now I'm going to have to drive to this location to cancel my account. On top of that the guy that answered the phone was useless. He didn't know the address of the store. I don't see why you can't at least email a letter to cancel. It's just so they can make it harder for people to cancel and that's unacceptable. I will never go back to planet fitness. I was planning on reactivation in the fall since I don't use my account in the summer but I'll be going elsewhere now.

Lacks some foundational equipment like free barbells. Smith machines are alright, I'd prefer a standard rack. Being a beginner friendly gym I think their priorities lie in safety rather than physical mastery. Good value for free summer passes.

This planet fitness always has good service and is kept pretty clean! Definitely cleaner than most gyms I’ve been to. They don’t necessarily have the best selection of equipment depending on what you need, but it’s hard to beat for the price.

If I can get a zero Stars I would. I physically could not use this gym because of a disability. I had to physically go in there with my disability to cancel it. The man behind the counter assured me that my card would not get charged again. 4 days later they charged me $25 and they denied my refund request. I wonder if that means that I still have time to go in there all bloody. I bet they would like that. Maybe I'll call back and ask. Thieves and Liars don't trust them they will rob your bank account

Busy at times, but for $10 a month you can't beat it!
