Boomer Fitness is the best! I have had several gym memberships throughout my life but I will never need another. I found my place (my "home" gym) with Boomer. The culture of Boomer Fitness is to help everyone reach their goals with encouragement, understanding and adapting the activities to meet the physical needs of each member. No judgement! No criticism!

I’ve been with Brian at Boomer Fitness for over a year now and I am still impressed with the quality of his training. As an older runner, it is very important to maintain high quality cross training in between my run days. Highly recommend this place.

If you are ready to make a change and just need the guidance to get there I highly recommend this gym. I am on week 8 of my commitment to personal training and diet coaching and have lost 12 pounds. The coaching and accountability I am getting is above and beyond what I was expecting when I signed up. They make it sustainable and not overwhelming. My personal trainer KT is amazing at pushing me without over exerting or making unrealistic goals, and I’m seeing the results. In addition I’m learning how to put together a workout on my own and what to be aware of to avoid injury. Very happy I signed up and it’s been worth every Penny.

From the moment I decided to sign up and join Boomer Fitness, it has been a wonderful experience. The coaches are all positive, enthusiastic, energetic and they sincerely care for my well-being. They are there for all of us on our journey to health and wellness. Brian Stecker, the owner, is often there, coaching another person towards their goals.The hard part is making the decision to become healthy and the only one who can do that, is ourselves. I recommend Boomer Fitness, with their one-on-one mentoring and small group classes to anyone who truly desires to make a positive change in their life!

Signed up for the 6-week challenge knowing I had to DO the work & show up to get the results!It was exactly what I needed! It’s a great little gym with awesome boot camp classes!Wonderful trainers that are very personable & they get to know you by name.Although I didn’t “win” the challenge, and it’s a more expensive gym, but I loved the classes SO much I signed on for a year-membership!Can’t wait to get back into the classes again 🙌

Boomer Fitness is a group of dedicated trainers who help you stay motivated to reach your goals! Everyone was very positive and cheered me on during my 6 week journey. The workouts were easy to modify based on your ability level. I left every workout feeling challenge and sweaty! Thank you Brian and team for the opportunity to experience the Boomer Fitness Family

I've been a member at Boomer Fitness for 2.5 years (with a break in the middle). I love this gym and I have been a member at many big box gyms and have worked with many personal trainers at other places. The big difference here is the environment, personal attention and the accountability. Brian and the other trainers here always welcome you when you enter and acknowledge all the hard work that you put in to your workouts. You also make lots of amazing friends here that make the workouts fun. The private Facebook pages are amazing for getting ideas, encouragement and asking questions. The trainers offer lots of help with nutrition, which for me, is my biggest struggle since I love to exercise. The trainers call/text/email or just talk to you at the gym if you don't come in as much as you used to (or as much as you've committed to).The membership rates here are comparable (or cheaper) than other boot camp / group instruction gyms. Whether you come here for boot camps, small group training or 1-on-1 personal training, you're always working with a trainer. All the Boomer fitness clients/members actually do come in to work out regularly.....this will never become an unused membership that you're just paying for but not actually using.

Great experience at Boomers. Helpful trainers Rosalinda and Jeremy giving personal training during challenging classes. Loved the variety of class times. The other members welcoming. Couldn't join after my 6 week challenge but will be back after my other gym membership expires..great meal plans and strategies for health and weight loss

Boomer is a great place. I've been coming here for almost 6 weeks now. I love the variety of workouts, and the coaches are always encouraging. They are also all very knowledgeable. The group atmosphere makes it fun and enjoyable, and keeps every session alive. They all have great play lists too. The entire staff is very friendly, I look forward to the workouts and always leave feeling great!One of the best decisions I've ever made! If you make the commitment to yourself, Boomer will give you the map to make it happen. Follow it, have fun with it, and you will reach your goals.
