I just got my membership this week. My son and I have been coming to the water park daily but the second day I came to the front office and had to check in and once Darcy scanned my card I guess I didn't move fast enough and she looked at me said so rude and " question! " and I replied no and walked away. Some older kids have hit my son going down the slide, there are probably 8 older kids all going down the slide at and once and slammed in to my son who has autism and can't talk. They hit him so hard and I went to the concession stand and told them what was happening but they suggested my son go to a different slide! I couldn't believe it. Standing up for the bullies. So far not at all impressed with workers horrible attitude. So sad to get such a expensive membership and get treated so poorly. With to add new review. The front desk staff is so incredibly mean mostly the older woman with dark hair. She acts like we are checking in to a country club and treats my family like trash. Lifeguards are always visiting with each other and not watching kids. Tables outside are filthy with food from the previous day as we get there when it opens. Old bandaid on the ground and rude employee's. If it wasn't for my son I would never go to this gym! My son is special needs and loves the outdoor Waterpark so we only go in the summer but still pay a ton of money for 3 months. Almost 500 dollars just for him and myself. And then to get treated so poor and half the time the water park wasn't working and towards the end of summer they just didn't turn it on. Wish there was something nice to say but our experience has been awful! I wish there were more options in Vancouver.

Very rude front desk and staff, seems like a cult, didn't want me in there at all and would not give me a price at all, was told " sir, it's not as easy as that." Ugh yes it is say 90$ on up $150 for a family but goes up with each person, family of 5 pays 190$ how hard is that. SMD

The gym part to workout in is great but I’d probably reconsider leaving an infant here at the daycare. My 4 month old was left in her car seat the entire duration of my workout. When I went to pick her up she was broken out in hives from being upset. The staff just told me she was fussy and they gave her something to chew on instead of taking her out of her car seat and picking her up. Most of the time I’ve been called to come calm her down if they need help but for some reason not this time. I was mortified and canceled my membership.

It’s a nice gym and great for family kids swimming area is the best for something local. ! Warning it is a difficult experience when you have problems with your account. Anyways once calling the other gym in Gresham the lady was super great.

My family loves to exercise in here. They have a daycare center(if you’re member child care is 3,50 per hour from 1 kid, 2hours max) Swimming pools, Floors, Basketball Courts, Classes, Locker rooms and Showers. Crews are so kind and friendly. Morning Zumba Classes are best.10:30am Monday and Wednesday instructor Ginger Gustafson is the Best.!

Gym is good be careful of the child daycare I've had issues dirty diapers, and the staff saying my kid is grumpy. But hey you pay for it and they don't care. Daycare has issues.

Thank you to Scott who cleaned the locker room. I have come to this building to take a shower since they opened the building about 25 years ago.The last year or two it has been particularly neglected. Since Mitch left as Manager the lights were dim the bulbs needed to be replaced and there was a lot of black mold in the shower. The health of the men’s locker room was out of hand and disgusting. As far as I’m concerned, Scott’s work, cleaning the locker room, installing new Light bulbs and fixing the ventilation in the Pool area will help Drive new members. This is a great facility that had been sick and neglected for far too long.WELL DONE SCOTT …… MUCH APPRECIATED !!

It is undergoing construction, however spaces that are finished or not being worked on are not being properly cleaned at all. There are not enough stocked cleaning stations for the equipment. Equipment is old and/or broken. The kids club is severely understaffed, disorganized, and dirty. Place prioritizes quantity over quality. The staff is friendly. I'm sure when construction is finished as long as they hire more and work on the kids club this place will be great and worth the high cost.

Put your prices on your website. Be better. I'm sure it's a nice place but it feels dishonest and slimy to have either call or drop by to find out what the cost of a membership is.So, I'm going to do their job for them so you don't have to call, and by way the person that answers the phone won't tell you, and get transfer to the membership department.Membership is $65/mo, $40/mo for each additional person.See, was that so hard. It's the information age, get with the times. Not posting the prices makes it seem like your hiding something or your just aching to pressure someone. Again, be better.

Get a tour and a trial pass - this gym is large, always has space, lap swim, and a splash pa for kids. They also have childcare while you work out for a really decent price. The girls working there are very sweet. Not necessarily the white, bright gym but it’s not as expensive as the Villasport in Beaverton!
