Love the classes and instructors! The general manager however is very creepy and just stands and watches the women in the dance classes. When asked what he was doing, freaked out on the gym members and followed them out the front door. Watch out for him.

On the smaller side but overall a great gym. Staff are friendly, equipment is maintained, classes are awesome. Highly recommend the HIIT courses

It’s getting more and more dumpy. Dust shadows around the equipment. Paper towels and sanitizer constantly empty. I keep paper towels to clean multiple machines with. Yesterday I was greeted by a trainer who was inhaling a muffin and tried to say “welcome in” but, you can guess.Hand dryer in men’s locker room has been busted since February, it’s July 30. Locker room starting to stink like urine. If you go there regularly you know how neglected the place is.

Spotted two nuts missing on equipment. Very little room left for warming up/cooling down. Community here is not good- weights are left everywhere and people rarely wipe down their equipment.

I’ve been part of crunch since it opened, and it’s steadily declined. The machines are old, broken, and the upholstery is ripped. Items they used to have are no longer around. They never put in the crunch ride that was suppose to go upstairs. The hours are always changing! If you look at the app it says they close at 6pm on the weekends, google says 8, but their door actually says 7. You can’t get hold of anyone when you call. I’m not sure what they’re maintaining with our yearly fees but it certainly isn’t the equipment. You get what you pay for and I would not pay over $9.99. It’s only a step up from planet fitness due to the squat racks, but even then they only have two.

I have been to a lot of the gyms in the area, and I worked at LA fitness briefly, and Crunch is the cleanest gym by far. Everyone wipes the machines down after use because there are signs and strategically placed disinfectant and towels. The staff is friendly, classes are great, and the room the classes are in is such a great space to work out in without feeling so out in the open.My only negative is that they just increased my monthly rate by $2 because of the minimum wage increase. This is a bit of a pet peeve of mine. I feel like businesses should have wage increases built into their business plans so the customers don't suffer. The whole point of going to gyms like crunch and planet fitness is for the inexpensive memberships. I don't have kids and I don't swim so I don't need a kids club or pool. However, if the membership continues to go up, I'll prob check out planet fitness and see if they have better business practices. And if the memberships are going to resemble the same price as the gyms with all the bells and whistles, maybe I'll take up swimming or enjoy a hot tub or sauna soak at a fancier gym. 🤷♀️

I haven't even started working out here and my experience is terrible and I will be canceling. I joined online, then went to get my barcode, only to be told they don't have any and have been out for awhile and don't know when they are getting more in.Then I left several messages at the club and online for someone to contact me about cancelling or freezing my membership and no one contacted me. When I finally had a moment to contact the club I was told the manager got my message and froze my account but no one called to follow up with me.I have been a manager in a club and this is the WORST customer service I have ever received and based on that alone I don't want to give any business my money.

Extremely misinformed and dishonest staff when it comes to cancelling your membership. I’ve been trying to cancel for months and continue to get billed. The first time I called I was told it would be canceled. They stopped billing me for a while and suddenly started billing me again. I called a second time and was told to send an email to cancel. They stopped billing me for months and suddenly billed me for all the months they hadn’t before. I called for a third time and spoke to Shawna, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and refused to listen to the fact that my membership was said to be canceled on two different occasions. They locked me out of my account with no communication but are continuing to bill me. Not to mention the gym was always dirty and the sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels were always empty. I’ve never had someone in customer service be so rude and behave so sarcastically and cruel. She seemed to enjoy the fact that she was able to make canceling my membership more difficult.

The fees seem somewhat clear, but I was overcharged on multiple occasions. I deactivated the card I had on file because of them overcharging me, so they sent a collector after me. After going through weeks of working with the collector to explain their fault and going through several employees who told me only the manager can fix my problem who rarely was coming in at the time and getting false dates that the manager would be in (one who’s name I have, but am not going to get her in trouble), I finally was brought up to the front desk in the middle of my workout after the manager had showed up. I explained what I had payed and pointed out why I was being overcharged for several monthly fees and a yearly fee which I had already payed. After being doubted several times and talked to like a child from numerous employees. I canceled my membership on the spot. Not sure if it’s still the same man as manager as it was at the time. I was also guaranteed by a young man at the front desk that the collector who was sent after me wasn’t really going to press the situation and it was just for show, which wasn’t his place to say. I was treated horribly by a woman who I believe was a district manager filling in when trying to resolve the situation. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business, would not recommend this location of crunch to anyone. The collector they sent for me was the most help to me in this situation.

Very disappointed with this gyms staff members. The guy working Sunday nights with glasses and a fanny pack…. Is very rude and discourteous. Sad because most everyone else that works here is very hospitable.
