24 Hour Fitness

6/10. 3/5 60% likeable gym overall. Excellent equipment. Had a couple of people tryna steal my stuff. "Master" personal trainer too dude doesn't like "too strong" people(not strong enough). 7-10pm is social central really packed. Mornings are the best time to workout. Been a member for 10 years. Thinking about moving gyms tbh. This is the only gym that fits my schedule but some people (especially randy) I don't like. Personal. I forgive him in Jesus name. He likes to take my equipment while I'm using it and did it twice already without asking. I dropped the weights cuz it was 110 lb incline dumbbell. Yes it was my fault but there's a way to talk to people. Threatening to "kick" people out the gym for working out is in my opinion obsurd. Especially first time "offense" We all have different levels of fitness I happen to be elite in almost all exercises by the power of God. Everybody starts somewhere. Treat other's how you want to be treated God bless777.

Manager was very disrespectful. Went there today I'm having phone troubles so we tried to login I had to get the address and phone number off my phone cause I have trouble remembering. I read him my info off my phone he then says its suspicious I don't know my own address I had to go home grab my id bring it back and refuses to let me in I ask if we could do the fingerprint login he says we can do it tomorrow and tells me I can't come to the gym today being blatantly disrespectful and very judgemental.

Front desk people are the worst customer service. Manager is terrible! Don’t ever go to this one. The reason it is a 2 star.

To be honest, I usually assume that the negative reviews are overblown. However, in this case, they're pretty accurate. I can't speak to the cleanliness of the rest of the gym, but the pool and locker room could use some work. The pool is visibly dirty/grimey with sediment and hair. The room is a bit cramped and the lack of music gives the pool area a strange and slightly uncomfortable vibe. The locker room showers are not the cleanest, do not drain, and are inconsistently hot/cold. The employees seem to be doing their best, but I think this gym could use a professional deep cleaning or even some remodeling.

Ridiculous service. I can't even review the gym, because I never got into it. I asked for a free trial, and was told I can't do it because I don't live in the area. I explained that I do, but the girl with tattoos stopped listening. Eventually said she would make me an appointment for the next day without asking me, and then made it for the wrong person. Maybe the gym itself isn't bad, but signing up is something I will never do at this one.

Nice fitness equipment but it needs to be cleaned better.

Front desk is chill,bathrooms/lockers are low tier,gym equips are mid. Maybe a bit too crowded butCheap memberships mean cheap gym and lots of 'interesting' members doing weird/gross stuff.Biggest perk is actually being open 24/7 unlike Tech Center.Golds is better value with a younger, more considerate crowd if you take gym seriously. I have membership to both.

Nick one of the employees shut down the steam room just because somebody did something in the pass I’m here after 9 pm every day paying my membership for 15 years getting horrible treatment from this employee please take action if there is anything happening with other members I don’t have to pay for it

Great place to work out, never had any issues and best staff I've met.
