Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Firstly, this location does have great classes and instructors it just wasn’t for me. However, you have to email to cancel your membership. This email has been unresponsive after many attempts and I’m getting notices that my account is overdue. I’ve even had to get disputes involved at my bank to prevent them from charging my account. This location also hardly answers their phone. Go to a different location, the management here is HORRIBLE.

Nothing wrong to say about the classes or instructors. However, their administrative team is the worst. They have not been able to fix my account since February, I was only able to take 2 classes out of the 8 I purchased. I have been calling them and emailing them about it and they have not fix it. The last emails I sent they never replied back. Is frustrating to say the least since I am not able to sign up for any classes.

I love this place! The community is welcoming and feels inclusive and supportive, the instructors are positive and inspiring, and the staff is friendly and helpful! And it is a GREAT workout!

Heather is an absolute spin queen. The studio is very clean, easy to get to with lots of street parking, and the classes and community are so much fun!

I've been attending classes here regularly for 3 months now and I'm addicted. The staff are incredibly friendly, the teachers are skilled, motivational, and kind. They create an atmosphere that is the right balance of push you to do your best while being inclusive and inviting for all skill levels. Every ride is a challenge and I love it.

This is an incredible workout. The gym itself is amazing but the staff just takes it to a new level!Great customer service.You will sweat and escape your average day!!!
