I have done both classes here. The Ariel Yoga is super fun and great for increasing flexibility. The LAGREE is an amazing workout for your core. I highly recommend trying Flightform fitness. It’s a top notch fitness program.

I've taken both Lagree and Aerial Yoga. Both incredible workouts and fun! Diana is amazing and has done such a great job with the space. Highly recommend!

I love Aerial yoga! Diana is a fantastic instructor who can help you reach all of your goals. If you want to stretch and increase your flexibility or push yourself to a whole new level, Diana can help you!If you’ve been thinking about doing this and haven’t done it yet you’re missing out! This is a super fun way to do yoga and get a good workout at the same time.
