I've worked with a few different personal trainers, and Skyler with Fly Fitness is by far the best. The results I've seen with Skyler are amazing. He's the first trainer I've had that has helped me actually hit the goals I set with him when we first talked. I've made significant improvement on all of the movements and exercises we do, and we have benchmarks for everything. More importantly for me, I've achieved the muscle tone and look that I've been working toward for a long time. Fly Fitness has me looking fly and flying on the basketball court!

I’ve been working with Skyler for a few months now, and it has been amazing. He is so knowledgeable and knows so much about sports injuries and how to rehab and correct them. I have worked with quite a few trainers, but Skyler is by far my favorite. He listens and is not only patient but will push you as well. I work out with him once a week and he plans all my other work outs. With my busy schedule, he is super easy to deal with on scheduling and he will even travel to my house. I highly recommend working with him. He is an awesome trainer and the work outs we do are fun yet challenging. If your looking for a trainer definitely go with Skyler.

During my time working with Skyler, I have concluded that he is an exceptional Personal Trainer. He is a fitness consultant and a motivator, who has a tremendous passion for fitness. Unlike other personal trainers that I worked with in the past, Skyler utilizes his impressive interpersonal skills to impart fitness knowledge to help me reap the benefits of a personal training and accomplish real results. Skyler is particularly skilled at actively listening and problem solving to create a custom fitness plan. I have a deep appreciation for his ability to adapt and collaborate to help me meet my fitness goals, while showing me how to recover from my workouts. I applaud the contribution he that makes to his profession and I am happy that the knowledge that he has shared with me will be instrumental to my future fitness achievement.
