Jazzercise is such a great workout for any age, I love that it is so versatile and I can make the workout as intense as I want or if I'm struggling one day I can adjust to lighter impact, it truly is your workout and you decide your level of success. All the instructors have such great energy and knowledge of the workout that you can adjust movement's to protect your body if you need to. You will not walk away feeling like you did not do something great for your body.Everyone is so warm, kind and encouraging. It's like you are part of a jazzercise family 🤗

Jazzercise is an awesome workout that includes both cardio and strength. Vancouver Fitness Studio is clean and has changing stalls if you are coming straight from work. There are many classes to choose from and the instructors are very good and motivating. I love this studio and my Jazzercise workouts. The people are very friendly, too! You need to come try it out!

Came here on a Wednesday morning through ClassPass and I had never come here before so I was initially a bit skeptical because there weren’t many reviews on yelp. I walked in not see anyone at the front desk so I was really confused but if you just walk past the front door you’ll get to the dance studio area. It’s a little bit hard to find from the parking area but there are letters on the walls And you should look for the one under the E sign. Anyways the person who is at the real reception desk was really nice And there wasn’t too much instructions when you gotten about what to do. The actual class that I took was strength training for 30 minutes and I would say that this is actually on the easier side for people who are used to intense workouts. It’s mostly work on a yoga mat or standing up with smaller weights. The Iffg and there wasn’t too much instructions when you got in about what to do. The actual class that I took was strength training for 30 minutes and I would say that this is actually on the easier side for people who are used to intense workouts. It’s mostly work on a yoga mat or standing up with smaller Weights. The average age of people who come to this class is older and the gender is mostly female. Still the class was a really fun high energy class and the prices are usually reasonable for the class.Anyways probably wouldn’t come back again because my preferred exercise is really high intensity but if you are someone who’s looking for a more chill workout and a pretty energetic instructor and come here just to check it out. It’s also pretty close to Fred Meyer’s.
