Movement Revolution is an excellent source for personal training with skilled trainers on par with physical therapists but more focused on whole body and all around good health. They are affordable and offer a great selection of times and personalities to help keep Eben this 78y lady fit and happy!

Just started my journey at Movement Revolution and I am so excited! I am just under 30 with a hip replacement and Robby and Jane were exactly what I was looking for to continue my recovery. They are so kind and definitely know what they are doing when it comes to understanding the body and how I can get back to my old self. Robby took the time to really evaluate exactly what my body needs moving forward. If you’re looking for personal training in a welcoming/family feeling environment, I encourage you to check out this place, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve worked out and been involved in competitive sports all my life, 65 years old, and have had 5 major surgeries in 6 years. My experience with Robbie and Movement Revolution has been amazing. The facility is excellent, clean and just the right size. Robbie knows what he’s doing and has a great personality.

I have now been working out with Victor Fitness (Justin is my trainer) for 4 months, and this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a personal trainer. In the past, I worked with trainers from the big-box gyms, and I always felt like they were pushing too hard and/or didn't really care about what was appropriate for my body. They just seemed to be putting on the trainer "mask" to get paid. I wanted a more personal experience from someone who would listen to my goals and help me achieve them. Victor Fitness achieves all that and more. They really took the time to understand what I wanted out of my plan, and then developed a program for me. The training is efficient so I'm not spending hours at the gym, and yet I absolutely feel like I have worked out. The gym is low key, but everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. Justin encourages me to push my hardest without pushing me so hard that I hurt myself. He also provides lots of positive feedback both in the gym and via supportive emails. I even have progress reports so I can see how I'm improving. I can see that I'm stronger, and I feel better about myself. Personal training is an investment of time and money and effort, and I can't think of a better place to make that investment than Victor Fitness. I would recommend them unreservedly.

My few months of experience at Victor fitness have been excellent. I appreciate the approach of high intensity exercise which I find works better for me than the traditional system found in other gyms. The staff is very nice: friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I also really like that the facility is highly organized, well maintained, and always clean. This is a great lo-key center with no crowds. Justin has been wonderful!...Always having the utmost professionalism, patience, and full attention to my needs. In just a short time I could recognize the great improvement and effectiveness of my workouts. For those skeptics about having a personal trainer, I can assure you that it's a worthy investment. I highly reccomend Victor fitness for anyone wanting to live healthier, feel better, (of course) look better, and reach your goals (achieving the results you deeply desire).

I went to Victor Fitness with the hopes of starting a life-long habit of consistent exercise. It has almost been a year since I started, and I still love my workouts at Victor Fitness. I look forward to the training, because I see and feel the results. I'm much stronger and and more agile. It makes everything else I do more fun. I have even started running on the days I don't work out, just to help build on the progress I have made. I could not have done it without the help and support from all the trainers at Victor Fitness.

I have been training at Victor Fitness for the past several months and love it. Matt is my regular trainer and is very supportive, focused and knowledgeable. Bill and Justin are also wonderful to work with when Matt is unavailable. I have gained significant strength and muscle tone in all areas, without aggravating an old elbow injury. The gradual increase in both the weights (2 pound increments) and exercise time for each exercise has been the key to my continued progress. The facility has a cool design with state-of-the-art equipment. The shower and locker facilities are also very clean and nice. I would highly recommend Victor Fitness to anyone who wants personalized training to get the desired results.

My daughter started training at Victor Fitness about six months ago and really enjoys her time there! She plays soccer year round and runs track as well, so we were looking for a place that provides strength, speed and agility training closer to home.I found Victor Fitness thru an online search, decided to contact the business and was really drawn in by how friendly Bill was over the phone, all of the information he provided and the free initial training session. Upon arriving at the facility for the first time, I was impressed by the look and feel of the facility, the great staff and diverse customer base. Everyone at Victor Fitness makes you feel at home and comfortable. My daughter is a quiet and shy 14 year old, but she really enjoyed the initial session with Bill and enjoys training regularly with Justin.With my daughter's busy sports schedule and my husband and I working in Portland, she is only able to train with Justin once a week. I wasn't sure how much of a benefit this would be for her, but we have both seen much improvement in her upper and lower body strength. Justin really works her during her sessions and it shows. He also has provided some great instruction when it comes to her form for Track, which we believe helped her to place in the top 3 at districts in the 100m event this past season. She constantly points out the various muscles and toning she now sees in her arms, calves and thighs.I totally recommend Victor Fitness to anyone looking for some good training in a positive, fun, competitive, and safe environment by knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Last year I was in need of someone to help me get fit and ready to return to work after a shoulder surgery. A friend recommended Bill Victor and said he was the one who could help me. I was a little skeptical at first. I had hired "trainers" through the big gyms in the past and had less than satisfactory results.
