I been attending OTF for a couple years, since it open about 5 or 6 years ago. I love it here. The staff motivate me at all time, their music is on point, I dont even feel the hour pass by. Thank you OTF, thank you for having my back and making sure I am doing the work outs correctly. I LOVE IT HERE 🥰 …

Love the classes and love the coaches. Best workouts I’ve ever had plus I have fun doing it. Definitely a must try if you like a class environment!

I have always exercised on my own (CrossFit in my well equipped home gym, trail running, cycling) and thought group classes sounded HORRIBLE. I also envisioned Orange Theory as more of a female oriented thing (it sort of is, but so are most gyms. There are a good amount of guys in the OT classes FWIW).After falling out of the exercise habit for too long and hitting a new high for weight/lethargy, my wife convinced me to try it for a month. I’ve been going 3-4 days a week for four months now and absolutely love this place. The coaches and management are all fantastic - I can’t say enough good things about them. Devon is an encyclopedia, Christian is super fun, and Merit is just a really nice person who somehow knows everyone’s name. Every one of them I genuinely like as people and also respect for their abilities. They keep classes fun and know how to motivate/correct based on your personality and capabilities. The OT programming is surprisingly varied, I’ve never had a workout that felt like I’d been there before. My only critique would be I really wish the lifting portion focused more on strength and power. Yes, there are separate lifting classes, Devon does a really good job of encouraging people, but some of the workouts just don’t allow for lifting heavy (you can always go lighter, or modify if you have an issue, but literally everyone benefits from being stronger).TLDR: I’m a male with a long history of exercising alone. I thought OT would be boring and repetitive, but it’s not. Beyond that, the coaching is exceptional.

This is my favorite OTF because they keep the facility clean, have the weights to facilitate strength classes (not always the case at other OTFs), and because the coaches are great! Christian and Brooke have been kicking my a$$ and getting me cut for summer 💪 …

This is the best group workout I’ve ever done. These coaches keep you motivated and pushing yourself the whole time. The studio staff is super welcoming and extremely accommodating when I had to put my membership on hold for a couple months

I joined OTF about two months ago and love the balance of strength training and cardio. The coaches are friendly, upbeat and push you to be your best self. The classes are challenging but doable whether you have been working out for ten years or just starting. Joining was the best thing I have done for myself in a while; I walk out of every class with a runner's high.

I joined OrangeTheory EVC a little over 1 year ago. I was highly skeptical at first because of previous “class” based gyms/workout facilities that I had been a part of. I felt like other places cared more about pushing sales than pushing me towards my goals.EVC OTF has proven that they are different. They have pushed and guided me towards and through goals that I thought were nearly unattainable. The classes are designed for you to workout at your desired level of intensity with a coach that make the class enjoyable while still giving you a necessary kick when needed. Each of the coaches and highly approachable and they have their own style and knowledge while still being constant with the overall strategy vs going somewhere that is like speaking with a robot or speaking with multiple people with completely different views that you don’t know which way to go.Lastly, the members there are great too. It doesn’t matter if you are working out for the very first time, trying to get back into shape, or if you are a triathlete/marathon runner…everyone is there to support you and cheer you on.
