I was new to yoga last October and am so grateful I landed here. Incorporating yoga into my life has been a life saver for me. However, it’s not just yoga but these instructors and the environment they create; it’s safe, allowing you to go at the pace you need, help if you need it, and a broad range of classes and experience levels. The studio itself is lovely and they have everything you need (mats, bolsters, blocks, belts, blankets, etc). Not to mention it is an incredible deal.

I have been attending Parallel 45 regularly for 5 months, and I can honestly say it has been by far the best yoga experience of my life! All the instructors are so caring and compassionate, and I always feel welcome and motivated, and completely unintimidated. This studio has changed my life, and I strongly urge you to give it a try if you have even the slightest inclination to begin practicing yoga.

Parallel 45’s power flow was by far the best class I’ve been to in all of my experience. As a national competitive gymnast, this studio is the best place to either clam down, speed up, or keep my muscles stretched! Thank you parallel 45!

Can't say enough good things about this studio. I have taken different classes with all the instructors now and I can say they are all great. You can see the same instructor every week and it will be a totally different routine which is great for somebody like me who has a tendency to get bored very fast. Love this place.

Yoga has been in my life for a while since having scoliosis surgery as a kid, but I slowed down after my first kid. I started going to Parallel 45 in February. I was deep in post partum depression after 2nd kid and I noticed the studio was new near my house. The yoga and teachers saved my life. The power yoga classes help clear my mind, breathe and strengthen my body. Mimi's gentle yoga is a great quiet space to restore yourself after all those power classes. Kris's mindful vinyasa classes help build your strength and proper alignment, a must if trying to improve your practice. I'm so grateful for this studio, I never felt so strong.

Awesome space and great value! I have taken two classes here so far. My first was a myofacial release class with Michelle. I recommend it for everyone. It was very educational and my body felt great afterwards! For my second one, I took my first ever yoga class. Mimi was my instructor and I had a blast. It was a perfect challenge and inspired me to practice more yoga. Also, the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Great space, great prices, and a friendly environment. 5 stars!

Soooo happy I tried this place! There are several yoga studios closer to where I live, but I drive farther to go to Parallel 45 because the practice seems more inspired, creative, challenging, and instructive. I’ve been to four classes (all Power Flow) so far and learned at least two new poses every time- I thought I’d pretty much seen everything between seven months at my previous studio and reading Yoga Journal magazine for a couple years, but no! The space is really nicely designed and everything (straps, blankets, music, mat cleaning spray, etc) feels thoughtfully chosen. Plus, it usually isn’t too hot or too cold inside, which I personally like. :) Can’t wait to try the evening candlelit classes!

I have been searching for a new yoga home for a while. I have taken yoga classes off and on for a few years, but never really found a place I liked enough to stay, and affordability is a must too. So many places in OR/WA are $70 or more a month for unlimited yoga. Not only does Parallel 45 beat out all the rest in price ($45 a month unlimited with no contract!) they have some of the best instructors I have ever encountered. The instructors are approachable, friendly, helpful, incredibly talented and knowledgeable, and you really feel like you are flowing with experts during each class! They practice the utmost compassion as well, so they allow everyone to move at their own pace and help you adjust your postures and poses during the class for the betterment of your practice. The space is so calming and set up beautifully, creating an atmosphere for serenity, learning, and flexibility. I love that they provide towels/blocks/straps/blankets and mats for free, when most other places what to charge a fee for the use of those items we many not all have access to. They provide skillful 101 classes, teacher training, assisting programs, and daily classes that incorporate every type of movement, from more YIN practices to full on fiery YANG practices. The people who attend class are also very friendly and considerate of time/space. I am so happy I can call this studio home, and I hope you all can someday too!

I have never taken a yoga class and had attempted following videos at home before, with no success. Last night I took Yoga Foundations with Kelsey and absolutely loved it. The studio itself is warm and inviting, yet simple. I love how affordable the classes are for drop in's as well as unlimited. When I inquired about how a beginner would do in the other various class options, since the time frame with my work schedule didn't offer too many Foundations, they were very open to working with me and my capabilities, as well as looking at switching the schedule around a little to allow for more Foundations classes at an "after work" time. Kelsey was very helpful throughout the class, with encouraging words, helping you through different poses and explaining the benefits and proper way of performing each pose.I will be back, as much as I can. I am excited for this affordable, local, nice studio.

I have been meaning to check out this studio for a few months. I finally took my first class there this morning, and it was great! Definitely will be part of my weekly routine now. The class was not too crowded and the instructor made sure to check on everyone and their postures to make sure we all had proper alignment. Definitely a great class! Cannot wait to try more!
