Watch out for Karen at the front. She takes her job seriously. Chased me down on the way to the bathroom because I scanned my husband's pass. Then later, I tried to use the massage bed, and she told me no because it's only for the primary account holder 😳I've been to several Planet Fitness locations, and this is the first I have heard of that.I gave 5 stars cause she was just doing her job, but I was looking forward to that massage ☹️

Love this Planet Fitness. They’re all super helpful and it’s clean. They need a few more rope handles for the machines (tricep extensions) and the music was a tad loud. But other than that this is a cool place to work out.

1st my complaint - No hooks in or outside showers for towel, etc. Dressing rooms - no hooks, no seat. Do I put my clothes/ towel on the floor? or flop it over the wall so it is hanging half in the next shower or dressing room?? Impossible to keep your towel dry!! I was really surprised. McDonalds provides hooks!!!pros - staff very friendly and courteous. Facility clean. Spa area awesome!

Best Planet Fitness ever! I become a member in NYC in Brooklyn. And immediately get regret - it was always packed over the capacity. Even difficult to get empty locker! Then I found one in Manhattan, that was better.But this in Vancouver is amazing! Very clean. All equipment are brand new. Very good aeration and conditioning system. Alot of mirrors. Best gym ever

This location is much smaller than the other Planet Fitness locations in the area. They offer a ton of amenities for the black card that I never knew were an option! Hybrid light technology offers stand up tanning. Red light therapy by the Vibra shape machine! They have a relaxation pod which is amazing! I was shown all of the black card options by one of the nice gals that worked there! Again this location is much smaller than the others so it does get very busy quickly!
