Cleanliness is a hallmark, with regular maintenance of equipment and thorough cleaning protocols. Staff friendliness is a plus, but consistency can be an issue. I promise you their hours will spin you out. Close early on Fridays and they literally don’t open until 7 am on weekends. I highly recommend finding a 24/7 gym like most. Some of their equipment is falling apart anyways.

For the price, this gym is nearly impossible to beat. For that reason alone, I would be likely to recommend this gym to anyone looking for one on a budget. This location has some issues, however. My biggest issue with this location is that it’s not sensory friendly. The music is always too loud and the speakers are too evenly spread out to hide from it. The ellipticals in particular are very close to the overhead speakers. Noise canceling headphones are a must if this is a concern for you. There’s also usually something broken. Last time I was in, only one sink had soap and there was one hand dryer out of operation (there are no paper towels). The time before, it was one of the cable machine towers. This isn’t a huge deal though because they have so many machines here I can always find a replacement.

The facility is nice on 4th Plain however the employees are clearly unhappy. How do I come to this deduction? They don't show up for work sometimes. When they are there they look lost. This isn't on the employees though. This is on PF corporate. From what I've been told, the wages are far from competitive, managment (similarly underpaid) is lazy, and there is no training. I hope corporate decides to rethink their company culture and start caring a little more about their employees ...By the way, 4th plain was closed this morning because noone was there to staff it. Fortunately Mill Plain has an employee that is willing to work the night shift.

The associate on the phone told me they were, “Too busy,” to go check a cardio machine where my mom had left her phone at when I called. We had just left from there and no one was in line. I went in there five minutes later, no one is in line. Employees there are lazy and not personable and treat you like your not a human with feelings if you interact further after the greeting and scanning of your badge. They also sought me out on the stair master even after being signed in as a guest on someone’s black card account, interrupting me from the middle of my 30 minute stair workout to pull me off of it and come and ensure that I was in fact scanned in with the member. Spiders were making webs on their card reader. Over charged my mom who has silver and fit program funding in her insurance and made her pay for three months right then and there. Can’t get the money back once paid as they say and she gets a disability check every month. They don’t treat guests like people just another cash in when you walk-in. Great equipment though.

10/10 I love this place. Great facilities that are nice and clean. Good environment, good music, and zero judgment. Couldn't ask for a better place to work out.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I have also had my items stolen 3 times and the staff is so unhelpful. I am a woman in my mid 20's and there are so many creeps. I have had grown men "sweep" their hands by my butt, and I catch tons of guys staring at me constantly. I also often see people not cleaning equipment and the place is over crowded. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

Always really clean and well lit. Large selection of cardio and weight equipment. Things are rarely ever broken and if they get damaged they’re fixed in a timely manner. Locker room is kept tidy and the showers are power washed weekly it seems like. Tanning beds are also very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Overall the gym is excellent. The purple color is my favorite thing about it. It makes us want to work out and give life to the environment. I am a gym member, and I plan to continue to be. I wish only to provide honest feedback on how the gym can improve.CONS:Suppose you buy a black card membership with access to the spa. You need to know your guest can't use the spa with you. It's limited to members only, and I think they should have this information visible somewhere. The spa sessions for the machines are only 10 min. I think they should increase to 15 minutes at least. Because after 10 min you will probably want to do it again. So, I guess they are trying to put 10 min to have more rotativity, but those people will likely schedule another session on the same day.The sensor shower is super annoying, and you can not dry yourself inside the shower space because the sensor can't stop, which makes the use of soap also difficult with water flowing all the time. Before starting my shower, I placed the soap in the soap holder, and I received water on my head because I activated the sensor. The gymnastics mats should be a material that is easy to clean and not to absorb the sweat instead, especially with a pandemic going on.I feel like they have more cardio equipment than lifting ones(I can be wrong).PROS:They are open 24/5 hours, which I think is enough. The staff is friendly and supportive. The machines are great. The spa equipment is incredible. They have cleaning stations everywhere. They reinforce the use of masks really well.

I joined the gym after after some unexpected time off work. I only wanted to do the $10/mo membership, but there was a $49 initiation fee. (Who the heck does those anymore??) The pf black card membership had $0 initiation fee so I joined with that instead. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is very clean and very well organized. Music isn't too loud and although I didn't want the black card I got it and the massage chairs and hydro massage are fantastic.I gave it 4 stars because of the initiation fee.
