UPDATE: 5 years later and I’m in much better shape and still coming here. Can’t recommend it enough. Very excited for what the new renovations will look like.PREVIOUS REVIEW: Excellent! I've worked with Trevor for awhile now. I had a lot of anxiety about the gym and exercise before I started and he helped me make the transition from wanting to exercise to being confident enough to do it on my own and feel in control. I'd recommend this team higher than most personal trainers because it isn't just about showing up and getting a workout, they really help make a holistic change.Really great people as well! :)

This place is awesome! Everyone is so professional and friendly. The gym is a great size, is incredibly clean and has a great space to work with. The front desk staff is nice and they help answer all your questions. Josh is a top notch trainer and knows exactly how to help you meet your goals. In a matter of weeks he helped me prepare for a major physical event challenge in my life. I’d pick PPT over any other place.

Amazing group of truly professional, truly fit, truly knowledgeable and experienced trainers who actually CARE about your progress. This is such a great experience. These trainers, especially Dakota, are actually teaching form and movement and keeping track of your successes along with making sure every move is correct and fully engaging for maximum results. The entire staff is down to earth and like their clients a whole lot:) At least it really feels that way. The studio is immaculate and a great workout space with all the bells and whistles. Great prices for such a high level of service and professionalism.

I did the consultation with Lacy and immediately felt comfortable here. She picked up on nuances in my movements, asked specific questions about my habits and what I was looking for in a trainer. She then connected me with Josh Lieb for personalized training. Josh is awesome! Training with him was a highlight of my week. He helped me with my posture with each exercise, talked with me about my diet, showed me exercises to do at home between sessions, and went above and beyond to help me feel motivated to keep up with my physical health. And he was great to chat with during each session! Great facility, great resources, great people. (Taking a break due to scheduling, but can't wait to return!)

Trevor Thomas is the best personal trainer, in large part because he's an excellent teacher. His style is warm and personable, with lots of kind words and encouragement. He challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. His workouts are always enjoyable because there's plenty of variety and it's never boring. He listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive. Trevor has helped me overcome a few physical injuries and the natural physical downsides of aging by improving my flexibility and core strength. He keeps me motivated to stay in shape for life!

I’ve been fortunate to have had Lacy as my trainer for awhile and I always look forward to seeing her! The workouts always push my limits and I love the challenge that’s different every week. I also can’t remember a time where we weren’t laughing or having fun during my training sessions. Lacy has been instrumental in my health and fitness goals over the last year. She provides me with a variety of workouts that are fun and challenging. I can finally do push-ups and pull ups which I’ve never been able to do! Her positive attitude and laugh are contagious – I look forward to these workouts! In addition to the personal training, I absolutely love the group classes!Lacy and the Precision Personal Training team are completely committed to their clients and it’s evident they are passionate about what they do. I’ve been training with Precision for about 6 months, and it amazes me the changes I see in my body in that time (um…I have abs. Like the ones you can see. I’ve never had those before). Lacy is great at catering my workouts to meet my individual needs: I like variety, and I like to feel like I got my booty kicked. Lacy celebrates all my victories with me…big or small. And I can feel she has complete faith in my abilities, even when I’m not so sure. She also laughs at my corny jokes, which is a huge plus!I’ve also worked out with Trevor and Josh – all trainers are super knowledgeable. They are quick and fastidious in answering any questions, whether it be about anatomy, nutrition, psychology, fitness, scheduling, etc. I feel the trainers at Precision truly care about their clients’ livelihoods and well-beings. They are passionate about their work and do a great job of creating a sense of community at the gym.I highly recommend this place!

Lacy and Trevor Thomas are excellent personal trainers. I have been a client of Lacy's for several years and she is extremely dedicated to her client's well-being as a whole. She will help you with all of your goals that pertain to your fitness and well-being, like personalized meal plans and personalized exercises to do at home or at the gym to maximize your fitness goals. I particularly enjoy that she sends me articles that she finds that pertains to things we had discussed in a training. Lacy and Trevor genuinely care about you as a person which makes working with them so easy; they are always cheering you on in all of your endeavors.
