I took this class today for the first time with my daughter and it was incredible! I have never done yoga and told Amy (the instructor) so she was very patient and taught us with ease! I highly recommend you try the Aerial Yoga. So relaxing and freeing of all my stress. The sound bath at the end was icing on the cake. We will be back for another class for sure:)

Kristi McDaniel was recommended by a friend 2 years ago, after I experienced a painful hip injury. At the time I didn't have much core physical strength, and knew very little about yoga. I needed both physical and mental/emotional healing (having experienced anxiety due to hip pain and resulting lack of sleep). What an incredible gift! I’ve had one-on-one zoom sessions with Kristi and can hardly put to words the extent of both physical and mental, anxiety-reducing healing. What Kristi has taught me has changed my life for the better in a multitude of ways. This time has also prepared me to begin practicing in group classes.Among the traits that make Kristi such a special person: she shares her knowledge of anatomy and connection in a way that is so understandable, and she is *extremely intuitive*. At the beginning of our sessions, I would share what I was struggling with and then trust she would create a practice that was meaningful. I do not exaggerate when I say that she did, *every single time*. Also Kristi notices – even over zoom – when there is a need for even the smallest movement or adjustment.I can’t recommend Kristi enough! Another factor I highly admire is that Simply Yoga is a non-profit organization, providing physical and mental wellness services to our local schools.

I have been looking for an aerial yoga studio for beginners for a while and finally found Simply Yoga. Amy is a great instructor and I really enjoyed the smaller class setting.

Oh my goodness…..where do I start? I found Kristi’s Tuesday AM class and Stephanie’s Wednesday’s class at the beginning of Covid. They are both incredible instructors, in my humble opinion.Great communication all during the class and Kristi’s email responses are so very timely when I had questions or a problem with technology.Great group of humans here and I cannot forget Christina. She and I know each other from another studio snd she initially directed me to Simply also to take a look.So glad I did!!

Exceptional instructors & massage therapists! Really, I always look forward to coming to yoga & I am so lucky to know these amazing women. Not only are they professional, they are caring, strong, focused, & passionate about what they do. The massages here are amazing as well, I am picky about therapists and I found my favorite here! Go, go, go! Xoxo

Convenient location as well as a very nice clean studio, The one thing I will say is the instructor on Monday nights is not too great, towards the end of the session when everyone is relaxing and try to meditate focus, the instructor began cleaning up and making loud noises that totally interrupted peace and calmness, as well as texting on her phone and hearing the keyboard click over the speakers!! I went to almost every instructor's class and the lady who runs (Not sure her name) is the best instructor and actually cares and engages with you. Would recommend

I've been going to this yoga studio regularly for the last year and it has to be one of my favorites in the Vancouver area. They offer a variety of classes and the teachers are amazing. The studio really makes yoga accessible with donation-based classes too. Just really appreciate all that they do for the community. This studio deserves all 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful studio with amazing teachers. Everyone here truly knows how to teach a fantastic yoga class and make you feel at home whenever you walk in the door. And on top of it, they are a non profit that strives to give back to the community. I highly recommend taking a class here if you’re interested, there’s no judgment and I have always felt supported from day one in my practice regardless of my skill level!
