My daughter loves it!

We had a terrible experience here! Our 6 year old went to the assessment class to determine what class she would go to. The coach for this group was incredibly rude and condescending to the kids, I couldn’t believe my ears! I almost pulled my daughter right out. Many of these kids are new and just trying this for the first time and the coach was making frustrated sighs and yelling at them when they weren’t doing the moves right - rolling her eyes and just absolutely condescending with no encouragement. Again, this was a beginner assessment class!!! How would they know what to do?? She had zero patience and was so harsh with these little kids, it was heartbreaking and after a few rude comments I would’ve pulled my daughter right out but I didn’t want rob her of being able to try something new that she had been wanting to try so bad. In the end I would NEVER sign her up here - after the class my daughter said “the lady kept getting mad at me because I couldn’t do a cartwheel.” It was sad and I regret not leaving earlier. I told the manager at the desk and she replied that the instructor was usually great but having a “bad day.” I’m sorry, you can’t take your bad days out on little kids, it’s not only wrong but also unprofessional. I would never ever recommend sending your children here to learn something new. Even if it’s just one bad coach, it could crush a child’s spirit!

Kids really enjoyed the classes and the parents nights they did for current members.

My daughter was afraid but excited to be part of the gymnastics team. She has learned a lot, each practice is something new and she has a lot of support from the instructors 👍🏼🙏🫶 …

My daughter and I have been at the gym for several years now. Of the three gyms we’ve worked out at, SWAG has been by far the best. SWAG has definitely become a second family. The office staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The team coaches are all ridiculously great, and have decades and decades of experience between all of them. The gym owner is fun and very involved in his programs. The Rec staff is all wonderful and keep the kids moving, having a great time and keep them learning new skills in a positive environment. Parents night out has fun weekend staff. We love SWAG so much! Too many good things to say.

We love SWAG! My daughter is on team and her coaches are great! They care about the kids and safety is a big deal to them. The new remodel is nice and you can now see all events. We spend so many hours there weekly and it is definitely like a second home. Staff is great at answering questions and getting information to you. They always make things right and are willing to hear you out if you have concerns or questions. We have been to other gyms in the past and haven’t had the best experience until coming to SWAG! We have definitely found the right fit for us! Thanks SWAG for being awesome!
