Ayn is an amazing trainer who focuses not on putting a band-aid over symptoms to make them seem better, but in finding the causes and working one on one in depth with her clients to eliminate those causes and to find lifestyle and body solutions to them. I have a lived with a multitude of issues within my body for years and have seen various physical therapists, and other professional and none have provided just personalized and beneficial training, solutions, and aid for me. From one on sessions, taking the time to really get to know who I was as a client and how I moved, to checking in between sessions, and always having some of the most calming and rejuvenating energy to work with. Inner Soulstice Wellness is a dream come true to work with for my fitness journey.
