Saturday Nov 11th it is suppose to open at 5 am and it is 7:am with no one to open. People are waiting outside to get in. Manager was contacted but still closed. This is absolutely the WORST COMMUNICATION FOR A BIG CORPORATION

Cancelled twice they kept charging me for about a year and there is “no notes in the system” about me canceling previously. Absolute garbage.

I have to give Malik, front desk associate, the highest praise for answering my numerous questions. He was so generous with his time and never sounded annoyed that I was asking so many questions. Malik is a fantastic representative of 24 hour fitness.

I wish the sneakers in the sauna would be enforced better. Maybe also a sign that says no phone calls or music on speaker in the sauna. No working out in there too. Last time I was in there some kid was shadow boxing aggressively while moving around for 15-20 minutes.

This place has gone down hill since Jessica Lopez became manager. Tristan was better. Matt is ok. I came in 6 months pregnant needing to cancel my membership due to developing a heart condition during pregnancy (along with a doctors note) and was denied. I have also been type 1 diabetes since 8 months old. The customer service was horrible. Staff is uniformed and I had to call multiple times and visit the physical location twice. I will not be coming back here or recommending my clients to this facility in the future- very disappointed in the lack of humanity.
