Can’t say enough good things about the Wareing staff and the small group training I’ve received for myself and my daughter-in-law. Explanation’s of exercise and movement are terrific. I also did nutrition therapy with Stacey. Gotta say I have lost the most weight I ever have in my adult life and I feel much better. “Thank you Wareings!”

Just when you think you're in shape you show up for class the next day and you are challenged again! I can't say enough about the staff and their commitment to each of us. It's a fun, friendly, family atmosphere where classmates become friends. I love going to Wareings!

I’ve been a patron of Wareings since around 2006. I’ve participated in their small group training program since it’s inception. I took a short medical break for three years and returned to the gym in December 2022. There really wasn’t any other gym I would have considered when I decided to return to an exercise program. I was impressed to see that many of the people I’ve known over the years have continued to be loyal patrons of Wareings. I am thrilled to be back and once again participating in the small group training program. I enjoy the camaraderie and all the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and fun!

Wareings has been awesome. This past week I went to all of the 9am classes. Every trainer has been fantastic. I’m having so much fun. I’m feeling empowered and truly look forward to class. if you’re looking for a new routine and a good vibe, I highly recommend.

Great strength and cardio classes by their many instructors. High energy outcomes each time as they continue to challenge me. Also Small Group is the perfect class a couple of times a week to keep me on track. All around stretching and training that provide that solid feeling when completed. Thanks!

I absolutely love Wareing’s Gym. The classes are challenging and the instructors cater to all fitness levels. It is a family owned gym with a great culture and history. It’s truly a Virginia Beach staple.❤️

I’ve been at other gyms and Wareing’s Gym is the only gym that I feel very comfortable in. The staff is awesome. The classes are challenging but fun. It was definitely a good decision to switch to this gym.

Wareing’s Gym is a gym…what makes this place special is not the gym itself but the people - the instructors/trainers are some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They are great at what they do, and they are simply nice people. They keep it interesting, challenging and keep me motivated to keep coming and to keep trying!
