I love this gym! I have been a member for about 15 years and would never go anywhere else. The training is top notch and the environment is encouraging and fun. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a member of Wareing’s Gym for over 15 years.The coaches, classes, staff and other gym members are without a doubt the best I have ever met. I encourage anyone who wants to start working out to come check out this amazing gym! You will be glad you did!!!

This gym is family! The classes and team training are outstanding! The trainers are invested with the members. You will feel welcome and at home as soon as you walk in the door. This gym delivers! Always has!!

Where do I start. To put it plainly, I LOVE this gym. I have been a member for almost 18 years. Each time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile and acknowledged by my name. Every coach knows each membes name. The workouts are designed for every fitness level and the coaches are very encouraging. I get a Great workout each time and I feel challenged to push myself to be better with my form and injury prevention. In my late 40's and I feel the strongest I have been my entire life. Whether it's Team Training, Personal training or Parisi for my kids, am amazed each day by how much the staff and coaches care about your well-being Physically and Mentally.Wareings is family to me. I have made lifelong friends here. It sure is the gym for Every Body. Thanks for always bringing it and giving me a good sweat sesh!

I’ve been going to Wareing’s for almost ten years. They offer classes for every fitness level and I always walk away having felt challenged. The facilities and equipment are top notch, but the people are what make this place unlike any other gym I’ve ever experienced. The trainers are fitness experts in their own right, but are also so personable and invested in helping each client reach their individual fitness goals. It sounds cliché, but Wareing’s Gym feels like a family and I’m so thankful Virginia Beach has such a special place to get fit!
