Best in town! The coaches are very knowledgeable and have the experience to get you to where you want to be. They give you the floorplan to success but will NOT do the work for you .....

13 year old son was pressured to spar with an adult. You leave your 13 year old thinking you can trust the coach to actually train and teach boxing. But instead, the younger coach allowed for him to be a punching bag . The kiddo was picked up with a bloody nose, knots on his forehead, and shaked.I highly discourage leaving your child there unattended. I know in my heart if the senior coach was present this incident wouldn’t have transpired.
